1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkluky ("pkluky", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to the use of the pkluky online gaming platform accessible at pkluky.net. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by pkluky, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and all promotional or bonus offers.

By accessing pkluky.net, registering an account, or using any product or service offered on the platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.1 Changes to These Terms

pkluky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 1.3 Entire Agreement

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a pkluky account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkluky does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your pkluky account. Third-party payment is not permitted.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pkluky account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. 3.4 Withdrawal Processing

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Where bonus abuse is detected, pkluky reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

4.5 Promotional Amendments

pkluky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect claims already processed. pkluky's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on pkluky — whether a slot, live casino table, crash game, or sports betting market — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are made available within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between the specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

• Any form of match-fixing or use of inside information to gain an unfair betting advantage.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your pkluky account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing, any remaining balance (subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 3) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by pkluky

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkluky excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkluky platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if pkluky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

Where pkluky's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pkluky's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform (excluding liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence) shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkluky account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pkluky complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pkluky makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pkluky is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

8.5 Third-Party Services
